今回のこの日こんなもの食べましたは、メキシコ料理の「ポソレ」です。

骨付きの鶏や豚でとった濃厚なスープに肉やトウモロコシ、赤カブが入った、アステカ時代から続く伝統的なスープです。

独立記念日や大晦日、誕生日などお祝い事に食べることが多い、ハリスコ州やゲレーロ州の名物料理です。

On this day, I ate Mexican food "Pozole".

A traditional soup dating back to Aztec times, it is a thick broth made from chicken or pork bone broth with meat, corn and red turnips.

A typical dish of the states of Jalisco and Guerrero, it is often eaten for celebrations such as Independence Day, New Year's Eve and birthdays.
