チキンチキンごぼう

今回のこの日こんなもの食べましたは、山口県の郷土料理「チキンチキンごぼう」です。

一口サイズの鶏の唐揚げと素揚げしたごぼうを甘辛いタレで絡めた料理です。学校給食から県内全域に広まり、山口県民のソウルフードとなりました。

1995年頃、小学校の栄養教諭が「給食のレシピがマネンリ化している」と、各家庭のオリジナル料理を募集。そこに寄せられたレシピを元に考案されました。

This time, I ate Yamaguchi Prefecture's local cuisine "Chicken chicken burdock".

A dish of bite-sized fried chicken and deep-fried burdock mixed with sweet and salty sauce. It spread throughout the prefecture from school lunches, and has become a soul food for the people of Yamaguchi Prefecture.

Around 1995, a nutrition teacher at an elementary school pointed out that school lunch recipes were getting boring, so each family asked for original recipes. It was devised based on the recipe sent there.
