今回のこの日こんなもの食べましたは、メキシコ料理の「カクテル・デ・カマロン」です。

茹でたエビにトマトベースのソースと様々な野菜を添えたカクテルです。

20世紀初頭のアメリカのレストランが起源と考えられており、禁酒法時代に人気を博し、当時は豪華でエレガントでモダンな料理と見なされていました。

メキシコでは、全国の沿岸地域やシーフードレストランで見受けら、メキシコを代表するシーフードメニューのひとつになっています。
