カルネ・アサーダ

今回のこの日こんなもの食べましたは、メキシコ料理の「カルネ・アサーダ」です。

牛肉のグリルをスライスしたもので、通常はチャックが用いられます。

一般的には、マリネしてからグリルし、そのまま供したり、タコスやブリトーの具材としても食べられます。

スペイン語で「焼肉」を示す、カルネアサダという呼称は、メキシコと中央アメリカで使用されており、南アメリカでは、類似の料理はアサド(asado)と呼ばれ、調理法も若干異なります。
